We own the machines
Your linen is washed at Margate Laundry or Boca LaundryMax — two shops we have owned and run for fifteen years. Not subcontracted, not sent to whoever answered an app, not done in somebody's house.
The same van, the same driver
A standing route is a fixed day and a fixed window, run by the same person who knows which door to use and where the linen goes. No new stranger every week.
You get the owner's number
Not a ticket queue. If a delivery is wrong at six in the morning, you call the person who can send the van back.
Counted, photographed, invoiced
Bags are counted at your door and photographed at both ends, and the weight on your invoice is the weight from our scales. Nothing to reconcile from memory.
One free collection, and you can judge us on the linen.
No contract, no notice period, nothing to cancel. If the first one is not right, you have lost an afternoon and we have lost a customer.
